I mean, no messing with templates, copy\/pastes or other methods you may dream up to get your envelopes to your liking.<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>Well, I have good news. That &quot;dream come true&quot; is easier to achieve than you may think!<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>The first step is to <strong>create your envelope in a Word document<\/strong>.<\/font><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<div align=\"left\"><font>For <strong>older versions of Word<\/strong>, <a href=\"http:\/\/valasevich.com\/\">side effects cialis<\/a>  you need the <strong>Tools<\/strong> menu,<strong> Letters and Mailings<\/strong>, <strong>Envelopes and Labels<\/strong> choice.<\/p>\n<p> <\/font><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<div align=\"left\"><font>In <strong>Word 2007<\/strong>, you need the <strong>Mailings<\/strong> tab on the ribbon, <strong>Envelopes<\/strong> button.<\/font><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<p><font>For everyone, once you&#39;re in the Envelopes and Labels dialogue window, under the <strong>Envelopes<\/strong> tab, click on the <strong>Add to Document<\/strong> button.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<div align=\"left\"><font><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/imgsrv.worldstart.com\/mso-images\/addlabelms.jpg\" border=\"1\" width=\"400\" height=\"383\" \/><\/font><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<p><font>A blank envelope will then appear above your document.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font>Now, it&#39;s <strong>time to design<\/strong>! Put in your logo, return address, formatting or whatever you want to be on every envelope you print.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font>With the design complete, you&#39;ll need to <strong>select the pictures and\/or text<\/strong> you want to appear on your envelopes.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font>With everything still selected, hit <strong>Alt + F3<\/strong>.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font>In the AutoText or Quick Parts dialogue window that opens (depends on your version of Word), name it <strong>EnvelopeExtra1<\/strong> and then click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font>That&#39;s it! The next time you print an envelope from Word, your graphics and text will automatically appear where you originally placed them.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font>Also, for those of you concerned about the few times you&#39;ll want something different, if you have the envelope added to your document, you&#39;ll find that it can be edited as usual.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font>A customized look without a lot of time invested.
