Using Smart Tags, you can automatically pull in the address of anyone in your Outlook contact list.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"entry\" align=\"justify\">\n<hr width=\"100%\" size=\"2\" \/><\/h3>\n<p class=\"entry\" align=\"justify\">Do you find yourself constantly retyping your contacts&rsquo; addresses in your documents? Or do you often need to search your Outlook address book for an address and then have to copy and paste it from there? Let Word&rsquo;s Smart tags do the work for you. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry\" align=\"justify\">\n<ol>\n<li>Type the recipient&rsquo;s name in your document and then press the Enter key.<\/li>\n<li>Move your mouse over the name until the Smart Tag appears.<\/li>\n<li>Click the Smart Tag drop down arrow and then click Insert Address (<strong>Figure A<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<h4 align=\"justify\">Figure A<\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i.techrepublic.com.com\/gallery\/214383-319-265.png\" border=\"0\" alt=\"insert address\" title=\"insert address\" width=\"319\" height=\"265\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Word automatically searches your Outlook address book and adds the client&rsquo;s address to your document.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">If the Insert Address option does not appear on the Smart Tag shortcut menu, click Smart Tag Options. This will bring up the Smart Tag Options menu.
