Here&rsquo;s how you can eliminate the formatting to make the number match the others.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"entry\" align=\"justify\">\n<hr width=\"100%\" size=\"2\" \/><\/h3>\n<p class=\"entry\" align=\"justify\">You&rsquo;ve just typed a numbered list and notice that one number is formatted differently from the rest. For example, 2 is formatted as bold text, while the rest are not.<\/p>\n<p class=\"entry\" align=\"justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i.techrepublic.com.com\/gallery\/208724-318-83.png\" border=\"0\" width=\"318\" height=\"83\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"entry\" align=\"justify\">You try deleting the numbers and applying them again. Still, the number 2 is bold. In this case, it&rsquo;s not the numbering format, but the paragraph format that&rsquo;s causing the problem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"entry\" align=\"justify\">To correct this, click on the Show\/Hide button in the Standard Toolbar.
