{"id":517,"date":"2008-08-02T21:32:06","date_gmt":"2008-08-03T02:32:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alsplace.aldenbaker.com\/alsplace\/microsoft\/ms-office\/ms-word\/517\/more-indent-please\/"},"modified":"2008-08-02T21:32:06","modified_gmt":"2008-08-03T02:32:06","slug":"more-indent-please","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alsplace.info\/?p=517","title":{"rendered":"More Indent, Please"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<!-- ALL ADSENSE ADS DISABLED -->\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>I have good news today for all you MS Word using keyboard enthusiasts!<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>I don&#39;t know about you, but I&#39;m thoroughly annoyed every time I have to take my hand off the keyboard to change paragraph formatting in regards to indenting and hanging indents.<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>(Hanging indents occur when the paragraph&#39;s <a href=\"http:\/\/rivervet.com\/\">propecia and cancer<\/a>  first line is on the left margin and all the other lines of the paragraph are indented).<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>Hands off keyboard, hand on mouse, find what you need, hands back to the keyboard. Oops, be careful to place them correctly!<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>What a nightmare!<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>Is there a better solution?<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>Well, it just so happens that a few key combinations can make all the difference!<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font>For mouseless indentation, give these a try:<\/font><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<div align=\"left\"><font><strong>Ctrl + M<\/strong> will indent the whole paragraph one-half inch (repeat for larger indents).<\/p>\n<p> <\/font><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<div align=\"left\"><font><strong>Ctrl + Shift + M<\/strong> will remove one-half inch of the indent (repeat to remove multiple indents).<\/p>\n<p> <\/font><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<div align=\"left\"><font><strong>Ctrl + T <\/strong>will move the hanging indent one tab space to the right (repeat to increase the size of the indent by one tab stop each time).<\/p>\n<p> <\/font><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<div align=\"left\"><font><strong>Ctrl + Shift + T<\/strong> will decrease the hanging indent by one tab stop (repeat to continue moving the indent to the left).<\/font><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<p><font>Just let your fingers do the indenting for once!<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<!-- Social Bookmarks BEGIN -->\n<div class=\"social_bookmark\">\n<a title=\"Click me to see the sites.\" href=\"#\" onclick=\"$$('div.d517').each( function(e) { e.visualEffect('slide_down',{duration:2.5}) }); return false;\"><strong><em>Bookmark to:<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\n<br \/>\n<div class=\"d517\" style=\"overflow:hidden\">\n<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<a style=\"font-size:90%;text-align: right; \" title=\"Click me to hide the sites.\" href=\"#\" onclick=\"$$('div.d517').each( function(e) { e.visualEffect('slide_up',{duration:0.5}) }); return false;\">Hide Sites<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- Social Bookmarks END -->\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\">$$('div.d517').each( function(e) { e.visualEffect('slide_up',{duration:0.5}) }); <\/script>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have good news today for all you MS Word using keyboard enthusiasts!
