Here&rsquo;s how to create an AutoText button in Word that will insert the text you need into your e-mail message automatically &mdash; all you need do is customize it and send. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry\" align=\"justify\">\n<ol>\n<li>Open the last e-mail you sent confirming a customer appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Select and copy the text that you would like to use in subsequent e-mails.<\/li>\n<li>Open a blank document in Word.<\/li>\n<li>Paste the text you copied to the Word document.<\/li>\n<li>Select the text you copied.<\/li>\n<li>Go to Insert | AutoText, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neighborhoodrealtyonline.com\/\">best viagra alternative<\/a>  then click New.<\/li>\n<li>Click in the Please Name Your Autotext Entry text box and enter Appointment Confirmation. Click OK.<\/li>\n<li>Go to Tools | Customize.<\/li>\n<li>Click the Toolbars tab and then click the New button.<\/li>\n<li>In the Toolbar Name text box, type <em>Client E-mails<\/em> and then click OK.<\/li>\n<li>In the Customize dialog box, click the Commands tab.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll through the Categories list, then click New Menu.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll through the Commands list and click and drag New Menu onto the Client E-mails toolbar.<\/li>\n<li>Right-click New Menu in the Client E-mails toolbar.<\/li>\n<li>Click in the Name area and type <em>E-mail AutoText<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>In the Customize dialog box, in the Categories list, click AutoText.<\/li>\n<li>Click in the Commands list and click and drag the Appointment Confirmation entry onto the E-mail AutoText menu.<\/li>\n<li>Close the dialog box.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\">To include the text in your message, rather than send it as an attachment, change Word Options as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Go to Tools | Options.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">On the General tab, clear the Mail As Attachment check box.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\">Now, to create your confirmation e-mail, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Open a new Word document.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Click the Appointment Confirmation menu in the Client E-mails toolbar.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Make any other changes to the document.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Go to File | Send To: Mail Recipient.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">A new e-mail window will open with the text of your document in the message.
